Roy Hill is a 60 million tonne per annum (Mtpa) iron ore mining, rail and port operation in West Australia’s Pilbara region.

Project Overview

Roy Hill completed additional process plant washing works in order to increase product quality. Goodline were engaged for the installation of SMP and electrical works for the raw water circuit and belt filter circuit on the Chloride reduction scheme at the Roy Hill mine site.

Scope of Work

Roy Hill are completing an additional process plant washing works in order to increase product quality part of this system is to additional raw water to the scrubbing and screening, tertiary fines buildings and belt filter. This scope of works includes the supply and install of pipework and valves, electrical infrastructure and cabling, pump and cyclone installation. Electrical systems included switchroom, 400/630A feeder modules, MCC, field panels and fibre optics. The project involved the construction of a new water cyclone and extensive brownfield piping site run and tied in.
